Hit a Lull

I tweaked my back. I was carrying my bass down the path to my studio and strained it. It will happen from time to time. I found the best remedy is heat. I’ve been laying on a heating pad for a couple of days now.
I’m going into the studio tomorrow to record drum tracks to I’ve Come Upon Hard Times, and Things Have Gone and Changed. It should be fun. You never know how it’s going to turn out. I’m hoping for the best.
I’ve hit a lull in recent days. I found out a lady friend of mine was using methamphetamine behind my back. That was a shocker. You think you know someone, but you don’t. I thought she was emotionally messed up, and  on her way to Tourette Syndrome, sometimes it’s the obvious that goes unnoticed.  Live and learn. She’s still my friend.
